Yes, the apartment has a balcony where you can relax.
Picollo Smeraldo features, among other things:

Fully equipped kitchen (incl. oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher)
Bathroom with shower, towels, soap and toilet paper
Free use of the washing machine
We provide all the basic necessities such as towels, bedding, soap and toilet paper . Cooking utensils (oil, salt, pepper) are also provided.
There is currently no parking available, but we are working on it!
You can check in yourself via a lockbox . You will receive instructions after your reservation.
