TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking a stay at Piccolo Smeraldo Apartment, guests agree to the following terms:

Booking & Payment
Reservations must be confirmed via our website or Booking.com. A deposit or full payment may be required. The reservation is valid once payment is received.

Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in. Cancellations less than 5 days prior will incur a 50% charge. No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is from 15:00.
Check-out is by 11:00.
Late check-out is only possible upon request and subject to availability.

House Rules
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
Pets are not allowed, unless previously agreed.
Parties and loud noise are not permitted.
Guests are expected to treat the property and neighbors with respect.

Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. We are not liable for lost or stolen personal items.

Privacy
Guest information is collected only for booking and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
